1. About these terms
These terms apply to quotations, orders and the use of this website by PT Mustika Nusantara Ekspor (“we”, “us”), an export company based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Terms agreed in a written sales contract take priority over these general terms.
2. Quotations and orders
Prices are not shown on this website. We provide them in a written quotation on request. A quotation is not a binding contract. An order is confirmed when both parties agree to a pro forma invoice or a sales contract.
3. Product information
Specifications, photos and certification marks on this website are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice. The binding specification is the one agreed in your order. Certificates, test reports and a sample COA are available on request.
4. Price, Incoterms and payment
Price, Incoterms, payment terms and currency are agreed for each order and are stated in the quotation and the sales contract.
5. Shipping and delivery
Our port of loading is Semarang, Indonesia, unless agreed otherwise. Packaging, quantities and lead times are stated in the quotation.
6. Claims
Please report any quality or quantity concern in writing as soon as possible after delivery, with photos or documents that support the claim. The claim procedure is agreed in the sales contract.
7. Intellectual property
The Mustika Nusantara name, logo and website content belong to us or to the owners credited on the Photo credits page. Please ask us before reusing them.
8. Governing law
Unless the sales contract says otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Indonesia apply.
